Very Berry Smoothie Recipe

3/4 cup blackberries

3/4 cup raspberries

3/4 cup strawberries

1/2 cup vanilla soymilk

2 tablespoons raw honey

1 cup crushed ice

Pour the soy milk first into your smoothie maker or blender. Our favorite is the vitamix. Next add the ice, berries and honey. Blend well and serve.
