This is a refreshing green juice, that will help to normalize blood pressure.
Potassium Power
2 carrots
4 stalks of celery
2 handfuls of spinach
1 handful of parsley
(Makes 1 serving)
If you're not using organic carrots, peel them before juicing, and discard the greens. They will likely have been generously sprayed with pesticides.
Plus, the greens aren't necessary for this recipe.
Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Process them in the juicer. Serve immediately.
