Strawberry Mania

Makes 2 servings

1 1/2 cups low-fat milk

2 cups fresh strawberries (or frozen/NO sugar added)

2 tablespoons raw honey

1 tbsp. flaxseed meal or ground flaxseeds

1 cup crushed ice

Add items in the order listed to your blender and mix well. Serve immediately.

Banana Blitz

Makes two servings

1 cup almond milk

2 large ripe bananas

1 tablespoon raw honey

1/2 cup plain yogurt with live active cultures

1 tablespoon extra-virgin coconut oil or 1/4 cup fresh coconut (preferably organic)

1 cup crushed ice

Add ingredients to your blender in the order listed and mix well.Serve immediately.
