Delicious Low-Carb Chocolate Mousse Dessert Recipe

Low-carb Dessert Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 6 packets or 4 teaspoons of stevia
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee (I prefer Folger's) mixed with 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened Hershey's Dutch Cocoa powder

(This recipe serves 4, and contains approximately 5.7 g of carbohydrate per serving)

Low-carb Dessert Recipe Preparation Instructions:

  1. Beat the heavy cream, preferably with an electric mixer, until it begins to thicken.
  2. Next, add the stevia, one packet or teaspoon at a time.
  3. Add the coffee and water mixture, the vanilla extract and the cocoa powder. Beat together until almost stiff.
  4. Turn off the mixer and scrape the ingredients down from the sides of the bowl. Now mix again for about 1 minute or so.
  5. Divide the mousse into four equal portions into small dessert dishes. Chill for 1 to 4 hours. Then serve.
