Delicious Low-Carb Chocolate Mousse Dessert Recipe
Low-carb Dessert Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 6 packets or 4 teaspoons of stevia
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee (I prefer Folger's) mixed with 2 tablespoons of water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened Hershey's Dutch Cocoa powder
(This recipe serves 4, and contains approximately 5.7 g of carbohydrate per serving)
Low-carb Dessert Recipe Preparation Instructions:
- Beat the heavy cream, preferably with an electric mixer, until it begins to thicken.
- Next, add the stevia, one packet or teaspoon at a time.
- Add the coffee and water mixture, the vanilla extract and the cocoa powder. Beat together until almost stiff.
- Turn off the mixer and scrape the ingredients down from the sides of the bowl. Now mix again for about 1 minute or so.
- Divide the mousse into four equal portions into small dessert dishes. Chill for 1 to 4 hours. Then serve.
