1 handful parsley

2 handfuls spinach

5 carrots

1/2 apple

1 inch piece fresh ginger bulb




Wash produce thoroughly. If ginger bulb has particularly tough skin, peel it before juicing. Process ingredients in juicer. Serve immediately. Recipe makes one serving.
